Second Touch Healings
Scriptures reveals at least two incidents where people were healed just by touching Jesus in some way. Jesus once said, someone has touched my robe and power went out of me as someone was healed.

The Second Touch
Jesus also told about a healing where He touched a blind man and the man was able to see again. Jesus asked the man if he could see. The man said yes and he could see people but the people looked like trees. So, Jesus touched the man again, and the man was able to see everything clearly.
Many biblical scholars believe that this healing required two different types of healing and we should never give up asking for a healing and any second touch that may be a part of the healing. Pray that anything that is blocking a healing be removed - "any thing" includes all the things in God's Perfect Love for you.
The Healing Prayer
We wrote this prayer more than twenty years ago when a close friend had pancreatic cancer. He survived longer than the doctors forecasted but towards the end he chose to leave the hospital to go a friends funeral who was there for him through his suffering until the friend unexpectedly died. My friend was told that he was risking his life in going to the funeral but he went anyway. He chose serving another in God's Perfect Love, rather than being concerned about more time on earth. He died soon after that.
I do not know how any kind of healings come but I do know that a prayer like this brings change and that change is something profound, spiritual and a healing process in some way.
In touching the above image, know that Jesus is Jesus, the Perfect Love of God is at work, physical, spiritual or psychological healings can take place and the second touch opens more ways. Unwanted habits can be broken. And those who are suffering economic and job problems can also find hope and change in the prayer.
I also find the color of blue a healing color and it is the color that is mostly used in the portraits of Mary, the mother of Jesus. If you do too - imagine the color of blue representing Mary in your prayer.
