Obama Voters having Buyers Remorse - and there is no return desk.
In our last post, we featured Kevin Obrien, top columnist from the top newspaper in Ohio, about his Hot Recovery Tips: Buy Morality . The post was related to conduct in our economic day. ( We have a relative post here at The Rationale titled Human Nature on Trial - Is it a money crisis or a human nature crisis. )
Now Kevin talks about the top crisis of our times.
I had some heavy duty responses from even close friends when I challenged their voting for someone like President Obama who represents the most radical assault on human life ever. We now will have a new body count in a new war on life. Many Catholics and others of good will, are wondering now if they made a terrible mistake in voting for Pres. Obama. They are having Buyers Remorse .
Obama kept a low profile about abortion during his campaign in the major media channels but he had some direct ads on radio about the taking of human life in the womb including partial-birth abortion where the baby is killed after being born.
Friends told me that abortion was now a side issue and all of Obama's other issues covered a wide range of desparate needs in our society. There was the horrible issue of war and bloody deaths that came first. ( It looks like these wars will be just moved to a new locations. )
Now there will be a new body count that will not be reported everyday of the week..
Here is my take on the keen observations by Kevin Obrien from his article in the Cleveland Plain Dealer editorial page A9 titled Want to buy some killer research - a new product in research and developement.
President Obama's people say he can multi-task and hover over all the complex problems of our times. However, he leaves out the issue of life itself and says it is up to the science to figure things out. He is too busy for that.
Obrien says that no one was surprised when Obama within hours after taking office, swept away an executive order that prohibited America tax money funding abortions in foreign lands.
Then, last week, Obama announced plans to scrap the rule that allows health care workers the right to refuse, for moral or religious reasons, to participate in abortion. Recently I heard several Catholic doctors say that this will close down all the Catholic hospitals in the USA if Obama enforces this edict.
The worst case scenario has happened. All American taxpayers must let their taxes fund abortion and last week , all of us were automatically enrolled in the killing of infants. Obama also opened the floodgates for stem cell research that allows the destruction (killing ) of human embroys.
Obama stands in the background detached from the very important questions that should be asked. Some supposedly very intelligent people on the Supreme Court decided to pass Roe vs Wade primarily based on their not knowing when life begins. A legal conclusion like this seemed to have left the door open for questions. They never said it was a question that could never be answered. You would think that such an important question would be pursued on a regular basis when the difference is between life and death is involved with Liberals deeply concerned about the dead body count in external wars.
Pro choice should be pro choice for all the parties involved in an abortion but the victim's voice is never heard. And now human form and matter is created in test tubes. Many will never have an opportunity to tell others what their choice is. After all there is a large inventory of goods that need to be cleared out in this business of killing. There is a big sale going on live itself.
Those who voted for Obama, now know these issues are not side issues but now are rights taken away from both the living and the innocent dead in a totalitarian frame of reference where there really is no choice in the matter. Everyone should have buyers remorse.
