Consider these things before you speak

FORETHOUGHT IN ACTIONS -
( In this chapter there are several references from the bible. )
Chapter 4 from THE FIRST BOOK - Admonitions ( mild warning to correct some fault) Useful for a spiritual life from The Imitation of Christ - by Thomas A Kempis
We should ponder every saying or suggestion patiently in our pursuit of The Lord. We have our weakness, where we believe and speak evil of others rather than good. Good people do not easily give credit to everything they hear for they know how frail humans are to evil. (Gen. 8:21 ) Humans are very subject to offend others with words( James 3:2 ).
It is great wisdom not to be rash in actions (Prov. 19:2 ) nor be obstinate in your own understanding of the truth. It takes wisdom to not believe everything you may hear or to pass on all that you hear to others. (Prov. 17:9 )
Take things into consultation with others who are wise and conscientious and seek out instructions from those who know more than you. Be careful about following your own mind ( Prov. 12:15).
Live in wisdom according to God teachings and this will give you experience in many good things ( Eccles, 1:16). The humbler a person is, the more they can surrender their pride to God. They will act more prudently in the things they do and most of all be more at peace.
( You can listen to the beautiful song by Frank Sinatra - MY WAY - and feel the essence of life itself but first recognize doing it your way in HIS WAY. This will bring real peace knowing that one act of pure love is better than all the other actions in life. )
Real leisure has been lost in our times. Real leisure resides in the contemplation of God's Perfect Love and the power of eternity itself .
