Economic Stimulus Package is giant mask (LINK)

President Bush has introduce another new flavor in his neo-conservative way. Republicans preached non-goverment intervention in business as the the ideal way for all to enjoy a better life but they practiced something else. For example with free trade fast track, the President becomes the CEO of global trade where an elite control the process outside the will of the people.
Today both conservatives and liberals wear masks to cover the fact that government and big business have married. This was Teddy Roosevelt's worst fear when he ran as a third party independent populist after being president as a Republican. This populism still is alive today but walls divide it from both conservatism and liberalism. We have liberatarianism but liberatarians deny the need for someone to umpire the business world. We have fair trade laws on the books ready for the justice system to discern what is fair and what is not in business transactions but those with selfish interests guard the door to this phase of social justice. The doors to the courts are closed shut in the area of fair trade. Social justice advocates do not even understand the process.
In Political Science as in other fields, the basic principle is based on independence. There is no order set for government to have a duty to conform to voice of people. All we have are elections with two major parties being the same in many ways supposedly representing the will of the people. Obviously, they do not. The Blacks to still loyal to the economic heritage of President Franklin Roosevelt even though his New Deal has failed them for more than seventy-five years. The Democrats have failed the Blacks to this day hiding behind civil rights which only provide real equality to a few. The Republicans still don't get it. They took the Blacks off the plantation and just transferred them to a new economic one. Both parties have now established a new global plantation where the main commodities being traded on a global block are human beings as workers. The value of work is subject to a global economic arena where the value of work goes down to the lowest levels of wage slave and even child labor. We hear about how happy children are in India to be able to work for pennies a day.
It is apparent that State Socialism is ruling the game. Liberal thinking tell us the the greatest good for the greatest number is to be attained by doing the will of the greatest number and that the ordinary citizen does not really know what what is his or hers greatest good with experts called in to make up the State. We have experts from schools like Harvard who are trained in seeking the good for others and imply that their efforts reflect the will of the people . The people are forced into patterns that do not seem right but somehow this is supposed to work out in the end. Lech Walesa through his Solidarity efforts for workers was probably a greater reason for the fall of the Soviet Empire than President Ronald Reagan says it all. He says, I am only a consumer and know very little about economics and business but I do know something is very wrong when 10% of the population controls 100% of the wealth. This is what it has come down to. There are masks on masks and behind those masks are more masks hiding the realities of our times. We need to pull off these masks layer by layer to expose that greed leads the way in our poltical setting and even if we can not yet discern what the common good is , we do know that the greatest good for the greatest number is a sham.
In the end we have a system where total freedom guards greed with a new ism of corporations ruling the world.
